Job Duties

  •  In charge of Payroll, Benefits, Pension operations and taxation for the Hong Kong Office by working closely with overseas vendors and internal finance department
  •  Facilitate automation and process improvement initiatives
  •  Key participant in revamping pension process and streamlining workflow
  • Support annual review and regional/global compensation/payroll projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 4years+ steady employment track record
  • Solid Payroll & Benefit operations experience earned from MNC
  • Passionate to C&B with growth mindset
  • Proficient in English and good stakeholder management
  • Knowledge in Workday is a definite advantage

Job Duties
  • Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR professionals in APAC with over 150 employees
  • Contribute to bi-annual performance management review that required consolidation of management reports and coordination with senior leaders & management across the region & headquarters to cater for the business objectives
