Representing the most prominent listed conglomerate group in Hong Kong to search for Senior HRBP Manager/HR Generalist. As part of the Global HR team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving HR strategies to align with its group and corporate objectives for a dedicated business.

Job Duties

  • Partnering with senior leadership to understand the business's overall strategic goals and objectives
  • Formulating and overseeing HR initiatives that support the business’s growth and development
  • Providing guidance and expertise on talent acquisition/management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational design
  • Leading C&B/Rewards team to ensure timely operational efficiency and effective control of annual review & promotions
  • Conducting trends and data analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive business results
  • Assuming the lead in driving HR transformation projects and initiatives to promote efficiency and overall success of the organization

Requirements

In order to excel in this role, the successful applicants must possess the following attributes:

  • Degree holder with 10years+/- HR Generalist experience including 4 years’ HRBP track record earned from listed conglomerate groups
  • A strong background in HR strategy development, data analytics with proven experience in HR business partnering
  • Solid supervisory skill to oversight C&B/Reward Operations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence key stakeholders

Job Duties
  • Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR professionals in APAC with over 150 employees
