Job Duties

  • Facilitate end to end placement cycle by proactively reaching out/matching candidates to our clients’ requirements 
  • Active calls and correspondences that required extensive liaison with clients & candidates 
  • Appointment scheduling, database/system maintenance, and assist Consultants on other business/administrative matters
  • Participate in departmental activities and projects coordination

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 3 years+/- of recruitment, commercial/business support and sales/client servicing experience
  • Personable and a curious team player with strong research capability, high level of integrity and detail-mindedness
  • Multi-tasking capability with proactive attitude in a fast-paced work setting
  • Proficient in MS Office and fluent command of English and Chinese
