Appointed by the most established Corporate & Investment Bank in Europe with over 650billion Euro and global presence in over 25 countries to search for Asia Legal Head of Global Markets/Equity Structured Products.
Job Duties
- Tasked with the mission to provide comprehensive legal advice and transaction management for Global Markets business in Asia
- As part of the regional senior management to drive strategic expansion of global markets business and distribution of structured/DCM transactions across AP region with the collaborated effort with HQ
- Take charge of review and negotiation derivatives, structured notes and debt capital markets transactions that called for extensive liaison with clients, external lawyers and regulators
- On-going review, monitoring & implementation of procedures/policies to cater for new jurisdiction requirements, regulatory changes and corporate governance
- Oversight the selection, retention and management of external legal advisers
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 13years+/- post qualification experience
- Relevant egal experience in derivatives, structured products, equities and debt capital markets acquired from international law firm or international financial institutions
- Adaptive to working in a multi-cultural matrix int’l global markets environment
- Solid regional legal advisory experience with proven competency to work with senior management
