  • Working in the call centre to provide high standard of customer services to clients
  • Provide instant response to all incoming enquiries via different channels
  • Handle all the complaints cases tactfully and retain customers’ satisfaction
  • Conduct evaluation review periodically and prepare reports 
  • Participate in ad hoc project upon request

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 4 years customer services experiences in call centre environment
  • Cheerful, service-driven, people-oriented
  • Fluent command of English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
  • Candidate speaks fluent Korean would be an advantage 
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
