Job Duties
Report to Regional Head of Finance & Operations
- Manage and oversee the accounting functions for multiple regions
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and reporting requirements
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Provide financial and strategic guidance to senior management
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage and develop a small team of accounting professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in the retail industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- AI & Tech Champion: Lead AI and tech adoption (GenAI, SQL, BI) to automate regional workflows and modernize finance operations.
- Hands-on Solution Delivery: Build low-code apps (Power Platform, Appian) and custom scripts (Python, SQL, VBA) to solve business challenges, managing Agile delivery from requirements through UAT.
