Most well respected int’l banks is in search for in-house Office Administration Officer to be part of the Regional Team based in HK Central Office!
Job Duties
- Report to Head of Office Administration and partner with a team of 8 members
- Maintenance of quality corporate services including reception, mailing room, pantry, office security system and work space
- Ensure an efficient and productive work environment in accordance to regulatory requirements

Support management from procurement, cost saving activities, budgeting to vendor management
Requirements
- Diploma holder, 3yrs+/- office administration, facility management and corporate service experience
- Prior experience working with int’l bank is highly desirable
- Positive team worker and proactive personality
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
