Job Duties

  • Report to Head of Office Administration and partner with a team of 8 members
  • Maintenance of quality corporate services including reception, mailing room, pantry, office security system and work space
  • Ensure an efficient and productive work environment in accordance to regulatory requirements
  • Support management from procurement, cost saving activities, budgeting to vendor management

Requirements

  • Diploma holder, 3yrs+/- office administration, facility management and corporate service experience
  • Prior experience working with int’l bank is highly desirable
  • Positive team worker and proactive personality
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
