Asian Based Private Equity with decades of investment buyout experience is in search for EA/OM for the Head Quarter in HK. 

 

Job Duties

  • Report to Chairman and assume integrated EA/OM functions
  • Responsible for full spectrum of business support including calendar management and complex schedule arrangement that called for extensive liaison with global investors/senior management across the region/headquarters
  • Accountable for taking minutes, preparing agenda & presentation materials
  • Supervise secretaries in office administrative, procurement and corporate events related aspects

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 10years+ relevant experience working with int’l financial institutions
  • Track record supporting regional senior executives/C-Suite
  • Committed, detail oriented with strong organizational skill 
  • Solid experience in taking minutes
  • Professional, efficient and multi-tasked with seasoned communication skill in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Highly proficient in Excel/PowerPoint
