Job Duties

  • Take care full spectrum of human resources issues, from talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR budgeting, to compensation & benefits review and operation
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver professional HR services
  • Support the HR Manager on different HR projects
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and system update

Requirements

  • Degree holder majored in Human Resources or other related disciplines
  • With about 8-10 years of solid and steady Human Resources experiences gained from fast paced industries. Experience from relevant industry is not required
  • Hardworking, people-oriented, meticulous, with strong problem solving skills
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
