Job Duties
- Take care full spectrum of human resources issues, from talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR budgeting, to compensation & benefits review and operation
- Collaborate with the team to deliver professional HR services
- Support the HR Manager on different HR projects
- Prepare periodic HR reports and system update
Requirements
- Degree holder majored in Human Resources or other related disciplines
- With about 8-10 years of solid and steady Human Resources experiences gained from fast paced industries. Experience from relevant industry is not required
- Hardworking, people-oriented, meticulous, with strong problem solving skills
- Fluent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
