Our Client
Representing the North Asia Branch of a pure play European based Private Bank with total AUM USD 138Billion+ to search for Permanent In-House North Asia IT On-Site Desktop Support.
Job Duties
- Accountable for providing quality, timely & comprehensive 1st level IT on-site desktop, banking applications and infrastructure support
- Report to Head of IT and support the management, performance and development of the team
- Represent the department head to drive & implement projects sponsored by IT
- Ensure adherence to the regulatory, corporate governance and banking ordinance
- Oversight and manage the quality of outsourced IT service providers
- Responsible for IT related procurement activities/cost & budget control
- Take charge of IT risk control governance/framework and BCP
Requirements
- Graduate with 6 years IT desktop support earned from service provider, financial institutions or banks
- Excellent knowledge with Microsoft office and Window desktop operating system
- Client Oriented with strong problem-solving, communication skill and multitasking capability
- Proficient in English and Cantonese
