Representing the most respected Swiss Based Private Bank to search for HR Generalist/Payroll Operations for the North Asia HK Branch. 

Job Duties

  • Report to North Asia Head of HR and partner with HRM
  • Accountable for providing comprehensive HR Generalist support including payroll, benefit administration, on/off boarding; employee life cycle management to ensuring the fulfilment of HR governance/control
  • Work in close partnership with local HR and line of businesses across the region and provide timely HR service
  • Facilitate the continuous improvement of workflow process and automation projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder majored in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years+ of HR generalist/payroll experiences gained from international banks/financial services
  • Adaptive to working in a multi-cultural int’l banking environment 
  • Independent, proactive and efficient
  • Immediately available preferred
