With the uptick in its Asian profits and rapid expansion of wealth management business, our global private banking client is in search for an experienced & trilingual PA. 

Job Duties

  • Provide 1st class PA support to the Managing Partner/Chairlady, a well respected leader who has been in the industry for over 40years
  • Take charge of arranging intensive meetings/schedules with Tycoons/Family offices in the Greater China Region
  • Assist in all aspects of personal matters to business support including correspondences, strategic marketing activities/events
  • Support regional/global projects 

Requirements

  • Well qualified PA/With 10 years proven PA steady & progressive experience assisting C-suite of MD/Partner level earned from int’l financial institutions/banks 
  • Articulated with seasoned communication skills with proven track record in working with tycoons
  • Detail oriented with excellent time management and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Good understanding of wealth management industry is highly desirable 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
