Job Duties

  • Manage full spectrum of C&B operations duties
  • Calculate payroll, commission & bonus and benefit administration for the assigned accounts
  • Assist in salary survey, benchmarking exercise plus HRIS related enhancement projects
  • Support in ad hoc C&B projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder majored in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • With at least 5 years of C&B operations experiences gained from sizable companies
  • Detail-minded, stable and hands-on
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
  • Fluent command of verbal and written English and Chinese
