Job Duties
- Manage full spectrum of C&B operations duties
- Calculate payroll, commission & bonus and benefit administration for the assigned accounts
- Assist in salary survey, benchmarking exercise plus HRIS related enhancement projects
- Support in ad hoc C&B projects
Requirements
- Degree holder majored in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- With at least 5 years of C&B operations experiences gained from sizable companies
- Detail-minded, stable and hands-on
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
- Fluent command of verbal and written English and Chinese
