Job Duties

  • Report Regional Head of Investment & Product Solutions
  • Provide secretarial & administrative team support 
  • Responsible for T&E and meeting schedules with clients and private bankers
  • Prepare investment presentation materials and management deck

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder with 5 years+/- team administrative/EA experience
  • Proficient in Excel (Vlookup and Pivot-table) and Powerpoint
  • Understanding of capital markets or private bank is highly desirable 
  • Multi-tasked team player with capability to work in a multi-cultural environment
