Job Duties
- Partner closely with the General Manager of the Business Division on all aspects of HR topics and strategic advisory to achieve business goals, productivity, and corporate standards
- This includes manpower planning, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, talent development, etc.
- Be resourceful and established positive partnership within the HR Community, from other HR Business Partners, Shared Services, Rewards, to Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
- Demonstrate strong knowledge in Human Resources operation and local ordinances to address employee relations issues, provide effective solutions, and ensure a positive and productive employee experience
- Plan and prepare HR budgeting, forecasting and annual salary review with Business and Rewards Team in a clear and professional manner
- Participate in Division Management Meetings and visit stores on a regular basis to develop strong understanding of business and close relationships with all levels of employee
Requirements
- Degree Holder in Human Resources Management, Master Degree preferred
- Seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) stable track record at MNC with sizable population
- Understanding of Retail Business preferred but not essential
- Energetic, Strategic and analytical mindset and excellent problem solving skills
- Polished and impactful communication and presentation
- Credible, Positive, Resilient, and a Can-Do attitude
