Our Client

Our client is a long established SFC regulated Greater China Based private equity firm founded in 2005 currently managing over 3 PE funds to search for Office Manager/Business Support.

Job Duties

  • Report to Founding Partner/CEO
  • Provide first class PA/secretarial and office management/administrative support
  • Responsible for calendar management, T&E and complex schedule for partners/or related personal matters
  • Assume the OM function to ensure the smooth operation of the office by liaising with IT vendors & property mgmt office 
  • Supervise driver and guide tea lady by partnering with other supporting staff

Requirements

  • Well qualified candidate with 4years+ OM/EA experience supporting senior executives of C level
  • Proactive team player with proven multi-tasking capability
  • Polished communication skill & excellent proficiency in Mandarin
  • Adaptive to working in a small office
  • Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint
