Job Duties

  • Provide HR services to the staffs in Hong Kong
  • Handle all rounded staffing matters which include manpower planning, recruitment, package proposal to on/off boarding process
  • Monitor the performance of the staffs and their development within the organization
  • Work closely with C&B and L&D team
  • Assist in ad hoc HR projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder majored in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • With at least 5 years of HR experiences gained from sizable corporation
  • Stable, organized and flexible team player
  • Fluent command of written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
