Job Duties
- Provide HR services to the staffs in Hong Kong
- Handle all rounded staffing matters which include manpower planning, recruitment, package proposal to on/off boarding process
- Monitor the performance of the staffs and their development within the organization
- Work closely with C&B and L&D team
- Assist in ad hoc HR projects
Requirements
- Degree holder majored in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- With at least 5 years of HR experiences gained from sizable corporation
- Stable, organized and flexible team player
- Fluent command of written & spoken English & Chinese
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
- Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
