Our Client

Job Duties

  • Working in a Regional HRIS team under the HR department, you will be partnering closely with various regional human resources representatives from different markets and business units, and the Technology department to drive continuous improvement and management of all HR technologies in Asia Pacific
  • Lead a small team to take charge full cycles of key HRIS and Process projects from development, user requirement, process alignment, project planning, to implementation 
  • Understand country HR and business needs and advise related solutions to HR teams in the region
  • Produce regular reports and identify areas for enhancement and improvement

Requirements

  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management/ Information Technology/ Computer Science or related studies 
  • 7 – 10 years’ experience in HRIS projects, and at least 3 years performing in a managerial capacity, preferably gained from sizable corporations with solid regional exposure
  • Good understanding of HR generalist  / HR operation functions with direct experience working under HR Department.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills to work well with different stakeholders
  • Fluent command of English and Chinese
