- In charge of corporate functions hiring for the group, job level from junior managerial to senior executives.
- Partner directly with line manager to manage the end-to-end hiring process
- Observe internal talent acquisition policies, staff development and mobility opportunities
- Monitor recruitment agencies’ performances.
- Support other employer branding initiatives and other global talent acquisition system projects
Requirements
- Degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in Recruitment and Human Resources
- Passionate, proactive, resourceful with a can-do attitude and strong collaboration mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
