Job Duties
- Report to Group COO and supervise EA/Receptionist
- Oversight office administration/HR Operations, IT outsourced service, AGM/corporate events/fund raising logistics and budget/expenses control for the Hong Kong North Asia Branch
- Provide compliance support related to regulatory reporting and staff dealing
- Support the senior management on any streamlining, regulatory and new business initiatives across the region
Requirements
- Well qualified candidate with 8 years+ relevant/progressive business management/office management experience earned from global financial institutions, private equity, i-banks or global markets
- Passionate to learn & take up accountabilities
- Proactive team player with proven competency to working in a dynamic int’l banking environment
- Professional, Efficient and multi-tasked
- Polished communication skill & excellent proficiency in English
- Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint
