Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business, Human resources management, or equivalent

- Able to see the big picture with strong stakeholder management skills
- Seasoned C&B Specialist and Business Partner with practical operations understanding
- Open-minded leader with strong development mind-set
