Job Duties

  • Provide HR administrative support in the employee lifecycle including on/ off boarding, orientation, employee relations etc
  • Assist in recruitment activities e.g. organizing job fair / screening CV and conducting interview
  • Maintain employee relations and be the first contact point to provide advisory support to the employees
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder majored in Human Resources Management or related discipline 
  • With at least 3 years of HR generalist experiences 
  • Candidate without retail experiences will also be considered
  • Fluent command of Spoken & Written English & Chinese
  • Detail-minded team player with good learning attitude
