Representing the global asset management franchise with over 25 offices in major financial hubs and hiring over 4000 professional to search for trilingual Regional HRBP.

Job Duties

  • Report to the Regional Head of HR, the successful job holder will be tasked
  • Drive Strategic HR initiatives in AP region by working in collaboration with int’l L&D and C&B Specialist
  • Assume HRBP/Advisor on any staffing, organizational development, performance management and internal control & compliance aspects 
  • Keeping abreast of latest HR/industry trends, continuous enhancement/alignment of HR policies
  • Consult business/senior management on HR related aspects to facilitate the accomplishment of business objectives and growth in China
  • Active participation in global/regional projects

Requirements

  • Well qualified graduated/Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 10 years+ relevant regional HR BP/Strategic generalist experience acquired from international financial industry ideally with 3 years working experience in the asset management industry
  • Motivated, resourceful and proactive team player with strategic HR mindset and hands on capability 
  • Relevant experience in driving China project is a definite advantage
  • Understanding of China regulatory requirements and asset management business is highly preferred
  • Excellent problem solving and advisory skills
  • Good relationship management skills, with demonstrated ability to build effective rapport and trusting working relationships with different parties
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
