Appointed by the most established US based Private Equity with a successful track record in managing over 11 funds with over US 1.5 Billion+ of asset/shares to search for Compensation & Payroll HR Advisor for Asia Pacific Region with 300 employees! 

Job Duties

  • Report to the Regional CFO and partner with a small team of 2 
  • Accountable for managing C&B and taxation for the AP region by working in collaboration with external C&B consultants, payroll vendors and Big4/Tax advisors
  • Responsible for the on-going review and design of incentive, carried interest and taxation programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements & corporate governance 
  • Provide value added analytics and advisory to senior management from annual compensation cycle, executive compensation offer and localization related aspects to cater for the business objectives 
  • Participate in global and regional projects from policy revamp, design and implementation by partnering with local and global teams 


  • Degree Holder in Accounting or Finance with 6 years+ Regional C&B, Taxation and  Project Management experience earned from multinational and int’l financial institutions
  • Understanding of private equity business is a definite advantage
  • Driven and self-motivated with strong analytical skill and proven capability to come up with workable solutions
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
