Representing global top 10 Private Equity & Alternative Grp with over US 1.5 Billion+ of AUM to search for Trilingual Office Manager & Executive Assistant for the Greater China & Regional Office. 

Job Duties

  • Report to the Regional Senior Management of CFO and Partners
  • Supervise a small team of 2 to oversight Corporate Services, HR Operations, Facilities Management, Internal & External Events for the Hong Kong/Greater China region 
  • Key contact with outsourced vendors to ensure quality deliverables 
  • Assist senior management on any streamlining, regulatory and new business initiatives across the region

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 8 years+ integrated and steady track record working as office management and executive assistant with global financial institutions
  • Prior experience working for Greater China related projects is critical  
  • Proactive team player with proven competency to working in a dynamic multi-cultural Financial Services or Tech Environment
  • Professional, Efficient and multi-tasked
  • Excellent proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese 
  • Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint
