Job Duties
- Creating IT system architecture and life cycle management concepts, implementing and upgrading systems and applications with particular regard to security, availability, and stability, and the efficient and effective operation of the related IT services, while following the IT strategy.
- Manages complex services/systems, acts to a high degree self-independent and utilizes social skills to represent the IT organization.
- Report to the Global Head to perform technical support to all database related activities cover worldwide locations
- Responsible for daily support & ongoing development of the database
- Plan and follow up database enhancement projects from end to end
- Be the key contact point for both internal parties and external vendors
- Assist in ad hoc business matters as assigned by Line Manager
Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related disciplines
- With at least 3 years of relevant working experiences in database administration
- Familiar with Microsoft SQL / SAP / Oracle. Good scripting skills esp in Powershell. An advantage to be proficient in Python, Perl, bashshell also
- Fluent command of Spoken & Written English & Chinese
- Result-driven & detailed minded candidate
