Job Duties

  • Act as the first level contact point for all IT related matters
  • Responsible for handling incoming enquiries from office or frontline users and technical troubleshooting
  • Monitor the status of the reported cases and make sure it is settled within a reasonable timeframe
  • Liaise with external vendors
  • Support in other ad hoc project as per request

Requirements

  • Degree holder majored in IT, Computer Science or any related disciplines
  • With 4+ years of relevant working experiences gained from retail industry
  • Patient & result-driven candidate with strong problem-solving skills
  • Good command of Spoken & Written English & Chinese
