World class and global industry leaders of alternative and asset managers are in search for Executive Assistant for Principal Partner for Asia Pacific region.

Job Duties

  • Report to Regional Principal Partner 
  • Responsible for full spectrum of business support including calendar management and complex schedule arrangement that called for extensive liaison with global institutional investors/senior management across the region/headquarters
  • Prepare presentation material; fund raising logistic and on-going investment management meetings 
  • Facilitate the planning & arrangement of personal & family schedules

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 8-10years+ relevant experience supporting regional senior executives in charge of front office ideally from investment, deal and strategic business development
  • Relevant industry experience ideally from asset management, private equity or alternative investment is highly desirable
  • Proactive team player with proven competency to working in a dynamic multicultural environment
  • Professional, Efficient and multi-tasked with seasoned communication skill in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Highly proficient in Excel/PowerPoint
