Our Client
Job Duties
- Report to Head of Finance & Administration and coordinate all corporate travel and event related activities for the businesses
- Ensure process governance and risk mitigation, and compliance with global standards, local regulations, and corporate policies
- Partner closely with corporate procurement team on event and travel supplier management; direct and control suppliers on their responsibilities and performance
- Close liaison with professional associations, conference organizers, and other external stakeholders
- Contribute to service demand planning, data transparency, and spend management in month end closing processes
Requirements
- Degree holder in business, finance, or other related disciplines
- About 5 years’ experience in the areas of business operations, ideally with exposure to travel, event, disclosure, procurement etc.
- Excellent project management skills and analytical ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
