Job Duties

  • Report to Head of Finance & Administration and coordinate all corporate travel and event related activities for the businesses
  • Ensure process governance and risk mitigation, and compliance with global standards, local regulations, and corporate policies 
  • Partner closely with corporate procurement team on event and travel supplier management; direct and control suppliers on their responsibilities and performance
  • Close liaison with professional associations, conference organizers, and other external stakeholders
  • Contribute to service demand planning, data transparency, and spend management in month end closing processes

Requirements

  • Degree holder in business, finance, or other related disciplines
  • About 5 years’ experience in the areas of business operations, ideally with exposure to travel, event, disclosure, procurement etc.
  • Excellent project management skills and analytical ability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
