- Accountable for L1 to L3 regional IT, LAN/Wan, Networking and Infrastructure Support
- Provide quality services that called for extensive communication with corporate users, global IT Engineer/Support & external vendors
- Ensure fulfilment of IT governance and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate IT transformation projects to cater for business/regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Degree Holder in IT/related disciplined
- 6yrs’+/- regional IT & Infrastructure support earned from int’l financial institutions
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting network; PC hardware and MS Windows network environment
- Proactive team player with seasoned communication skill
- Familiar with MS infrastructure, desktops platforms, VMware, Nutanix, AWS, multi-carrier WANs, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory
- Credentials in ITIL, CCNA or MCSE certification is a definite advantage
