Job Duties

  • Report to the Regional Head of HR
  • Accountable for calendar management, meeting schedules across multiple time zones and travel arrangements
  • Manage interview schedules; on-off barding coordination and facilitate the preparation of HRIS reports using multiple systems including Workday
  • Provide team administrative support to the professional HR department

Requirements

  • Degree holder or equivalent with 5 years+/- executive assistant, business or HR administrative support earned from international financial institutions
  • Detail oriented, proactive and self-motivated team worker with strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Articulated communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities
