Job Duties

As the Legal Assistant/Secretary, reporting to Senior Partner in Charge of M&A/Financial Markets; you will be accountable for

  • Managing calendars, scheduling extensive meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Preparing, organising and filing legal documents
  • Conducting legal research and compile information for deal related preparation
  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 6 years+ Legal Assistant, Paralegal or Legal Secretary experience earned from int’l law firm
  • Prior experience assisting senior lawyers/partner in M&A/Financial Markets
  • Understanding of legal terminology and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent proficiency in Mandarin and English
