Job Duties

  • Accountable for managing the regional office by supervising a small team of administrative support
  • Ensure quality & timely corporate services, facilities management, office procurement, relocation & renovation
  • Oversight the service standard of vendors and on-going budget control of the office 
  • Coordinate high profile clients events and AGM
  • Periodic review & communication of company policies 
  • Facilitate regional ad-hoc projects by collaborating with headquarters & local offices in Asia
  • Provide backup EA support to Senior Management of MD/ Partner level

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 13years+/- relevant OM / Corporate Service experience working with int’l financial institution
  • Proven track record supporting regional senior executives/C-Suite
  • Solid people management and supervisory experience 
  • Adaptive to work in a multi-cultural regional office 
  • Professional, efficient and multi-tasked with seasoned communication skill in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Regional Accountabilities

  • Report to Regional Head of Facilities Management Technical Operations
  • Oversight the design and operation of ICT facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including lighting, power, cooling, and security for the APAC region across 8 countries.
  • Assume the regional expert on full spectrum of technical operations matters by working with local technical & facilities management vendors to cater for incident mgmt., office relocation, site establishment, restack and IT changes.
  • Take the lead as internal environmental management SME to ensure the fulfilment of corporate governance, sustainability and ISO14001.
