Job Duties

  • Report Team Head of Corporate Services
  • Provide team administrative support to the branch office
  • Accountable for office procurement, expenses control, internal & external events coordination
  • Prepare expenses reports and backup front-desk including meeting rooms booking

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder with 4 years+/- team administrative/receptionist experience
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of capital markets or private bank is highly desirable 
  • Multi-tasked team player with capability to work in a multi-cultural environment
