Our Client

Global Private Wealth Management Bank is in search for Office Renovation Project Coordinator to cater for the expansion of the North Asia Branch.

Job Duties

  • As part of the office administration department for North Asia region
  • Facilitate office renovation and expansion for the HK branch with 400 employees
  • Work closely with IT department on scheduling of renovation
  • Liaise with designers & contractors from quotation, budget & progress monitoring
  • Ensure timely communication of office renovation schedule with employees from front to back office

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder. 4 years+ relevant office renovation experience earned from MNC preferably with financial institutions
  • Flexible & positive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
