• Manage full spectrum of C&B operations duties
• Calculate payroll, commission & bonus and benefit administration for the assigned accounts
• Assist in salary survey, benchmarking exercise plus HRIS related enhancement projects

• Expansion regional headcount to facilitate support and enhancement of digitalization, fintech and E-banking solutions/applications
• Assume SME to advise/guide front office private bankers, sales support and investment consultants on the usage of digital applications 
• Assist any regional business development/automation and regulatory initiatives by collaborating with compliance and operations across the region/head office. 

• Represent Regional Investment Operations Department to oversight new portfolio and mandate set up in Greater China region in accordance to global/regional/greater china regulatory and risk requirements 
• Collaborative effort to work with portfolio managers, operations and external vendors including fund administrator/custodian and brokers to drive changes in target operating models and promote investment operations efficiency 
• Participate in ad-hoc projects related to new markets and investment instruments by working closely with headquarters, local offices and outsourced service providers in AP region

• Formulates brand strategies to accomplish top & bottom line targets of the assigned portfolio
• Design and implement marketing tactics to achieve business objectives
• Controls marketing budgets and develop marketing plans to ensure optimal investment on strategic therapeutic areas and profitable growth of business

• Strategize internal communications and CSR programs corresponding to the group’s global strategy
• Build constructive relationships with key stakeholders including Regional President and Country General Managers on various topics including Sustainability, Diversity, Employee Engagement, etc.
• Design and manage key internal events from signature CSR activities to employee townhalls etc.

• Provide insightful and value-added business performance/KPIs/financial analytics to North Asia Branch CEO, senior management and Front office across the region/headquarters 
• Serve the key contact point for front office RMs/ARMs to tackle any client related aspects & daily business activities including account opening, suitability and trades
• Represent front office to liaise with L&C, operations and support functions for new business/products and regulatory/remediation related initiatives

• Handle end to end Talent Acquisition process and organize recruitment related activities 
• Support the hiring managers and senior management on manpower planning, performance management and staff cases 
• Plan and organize staff engagement / company branding program

The successful job holder will be tasked with the mission:

• Manage large volume of T&E payment/reimbursement by working closely with offshored team & internal/external clients
• Resolve A/P, A/R related issues/enquiries for the HK Branch by communicating with offshore team
• Ensure timely settlement/adherence of corporate governance

• Provide 1st class PA support to the Managing Partner/Chairlady, a well respected leader who has been in the industry for over 40years
• Take charge of arranging intensive meetings/schedules with Tycoons/Family offices in the Greater China Region
• Assist in all aspects of personal matters to business support including correspondences, strategic marketing activities/events

• Work with local finance, shared services, and businesses professionally to prepare financial statements and reports to headquarters
• Maintain proper control, perform month end closing and reporting for consolidation
• Resolve accounting issues and queries, identify areas of process improvement, and drive positive changes

• Report to the Regional Head of Risk Management
• Monitoring market and liquidity risk mgmt in accordance to the regulatory requirements & corporate governance
• Provide guidance to front office and product teams and on-going framework review along with the support of compliance
