Job Duties
- Support client servicing and end to end placement cycle
- Handle regular inbound and outbound calls and correspondences that required extensive liaison with clients & candidates
- Appointment scheduling, database/system maintenance, and assist Consultants on other business/administrative matters
- Participate in departmental activities and projects coordination
Requirements
- Degree holder with 1-2 years of commercial / client servicing experience
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are also welcomed to apply
- Personable and positive team player with high level of integrity and detail-mindedness
- Proven ability to solve problems and follow through tasks with proactive attitude in a fast-paced work setting
- Proficient in MS Office and fluent command of English and Chinese
- Those with more experience will be considered as Recruitment Associate
