Job Duties
- Report to Regional Head of HR
- Prepare value added HR reports/HRIS to cater for regional staff & business planning & annual compensation review
- Timely management of employees’ enquiries and HR advisory support
- Facilitate the implementation & communication of global/regional initiatives
Requirements
- Overseas graduate with Bachelor Degree in Finance, Human Resources or other related disciplines
- 5 years of Regional HR C&B, Project Management and Generalist experience earned from Int’l Financial Institutions
- Self driven with strong analytical and numerate sense along with reporting and project management skills
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- People oriented with strong communication & organizational skills
- Excellent proficiency in written & spoken English

Job Duties
