Our Client

Appointed by multiple financial institutions and asset management companies to search for HR Generalist to be part of the Regional HR Department.

Job Duties

  • Report to Regional Head of HR
  • Accountable for end to end talent acquisition, on/offboarding and relocation process that called for extensive liaison with line of business and vendors across Greater China, AP and headquarters
  • Prepare timely HR reports to cater for staffing, compensation and business planning
  • Support HR performance & compensation review
  • Maintenance of staff record and tackle any employees’ enquiries
  • Assist global/regional HR projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 6 years+/- relevant HR related experience acquired from international financial institutions or management consultancy firms
  • Motivated, resourceful, solution driven and proactive team player
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
