Appointed by multiple financial institutions and asset management companies to search for HR Generalist to be part of the Regional HR Department.
Job Duties
- Report to Regional Head of HR
 - Accountable for end to end talent acquisition, on/offboarding and relocation process that called for extensive liaison with line of business and vendors across Greater China, AP and headquarters
 - Prepare timely HR reports to cater for staffing, compensation and business planning
 
- Support HR performance & compensation review
 - Maintenance of staff record and tackle any employees’ enquiries
 - Assist global/regional HR projects
 
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
 - 6 years+/- relevant HR related experience acquired from international financial institutions or management consultancy firms
 - Motivated, resourceful, solution driven and proactive team player
 - Excellent communication skills in fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
 - Highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
