Job Duties

  • To oversight daily regional corporate & retail operations inclusive of staffing, talent mgmt and C&B by collaborating with SME
  • As the HRBP to advise business from talent acquisition, staffing, compensation & benefits, people development and employee relations to cater for the regional business development & corporate strategies across different countries/markets
  • Facilitate the effective communication & implementation of headcount, performance & development planning by collaborating with SME
  • Provide timely & value added headcount mgmt reports/maintenance of HRIS
  • Active participation of ad-hoc tasks/project as required

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 8 years+/- Solid & steady employment record as a HR Business Partner
  • Good understanding of fashion retail industry and stakeholder management is essential
  • Driven, multi-tasked, independent and well-organized
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills with proven stakeholders mgmt capabilities
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Duties
  • Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR professionals in APAC with over 150 employees
  • Contribute to bi-annual performance management review that required consolidation of management reports and coordination with senior leaders & management across the region & headquarters to cater for the business objectives
  • Accountable for managing regional HR operations by working closely with payroll vendors, insurance providers, local and COE HR specialists in headquarters
