Job Duties
- Report Regional HR Manager and partner with a small team of HRBP
- Accountable for accurate & timely payroll, taxation and C&B operations
- Facilitate on/off boarding, orientation/training logistics and recruitment operations by working in collaboration with business and HRBP
- Preparation of value added HRIS report to support headcount and & business planning
- Coordination of regional/global HR related projects
Requirements
- Degree Holder with 5years+/- Payroll, C&B, taxation and expat administration experience earned from multinational and int’l financial institutions
- Self-motivated team player with strong attentiveness to details and communication skills
- Adaptive to working in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong in MS Excel & Powerpoint
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
