Job Duties

  • Report Regional HR Manager and partner with a small team of HRBP
  • Accountable for accurate & timely payroll, taxation and C&B operations
  • Facilitate on/off boarding, orientation/training logistics and recruitment operations by working in collaboration with business and HRBP
  • Preparation of value added HRIS report to support headcount and & business planning
  • Coordination of regional/global HR related projects

Requirements

  • Degree Holder with 5years+/- Payroll, C&B, taxation and expat administration experience earned from multinational and int’l financial institutions
  • Self-motivated team player with strong attentiveness to details and communication skills
  • Adaptive to working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong in MS Excel & Powerpoint
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
