Job Duties
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial & administrative support to the Partners and other legal staffs in the Banking Team
- Handle the billing matters e.g. maintain the records in system, prepare expenses reports
- Arrange team meetings & conference calls
- Prepare & Proofread the legal documents
- Support in other ad hoc tasks as per requested
Requirements
- Diploma holder with 5-6 years of secretarial experience from international firms.
- Detail-minded, efficient and organized candidate
- Proficient in MS Office
- Immediately available candidate is highly preferred
- Fluent command of Spoken & Written English & Chinese
