  • Key member of the Regional Talent Management function to enable excellent practices and continuous improvement of talent management, performance management, and high-po talent community development
  • Build solutions to ignite the people development ecosystems for the organization
  • Partner with HR Business partners and business leaders as a Talent solution expert in optimizing their practices and tools in talent review and plans, as well as overall performance management and people development topics
  • Work closely with other HR experts in talent acquisition, organization development, and new capabilities development to be a strategic voice and influencer to bring future capabilities to the organization

Requirements

  • Equipped with solid talent management experiences with broad knowledge of talent assessment and development tools, processes, frameworks in multi-national group
  • Strong understanding of coaching, career development, learning, and people solutions design
  • Proven track record of translating conceptual design into realistic game plans for pragmatic implementation
  • Professional consulting and stakeholder management skills, able to implement impactful and innovative organization solutions
  • Passionate to help others grow and bringing changes to the organization
  • Fluent in English and Chinese

Job Duties
  • Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR professionals in APAC with over 150 employees
