Job Duties

  • Partner closely with Business Leaders and Regional & Global Learning teams to design and deliver impactful learning solutions to the retail community in the Asia region
  • Provide insights on the best learning approaches, and address local learning needs
  • Focus on sales & service, product, and brand knowledge, and strive to create consistent customer experience across the stores
  • Support career development and onboarding of retail employees, and cultivate an active learning culture in the organization
  • Lead a small team, manage the learning budget and LMS, ensure communications and feedback, analyze and improve effectiveness of programs

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 8 years training and development experience from premium retail
  • Excellent facilitation and learning design skills for a diversified audience group
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management ability
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Willing to travel in the Asia region
