Job Duties
- Partner closely with Business Leaders and Regional & Global Learning teams to design and deliver impactful learning solutions to the retail community in the Asia region
- Provide insights on the best learning approaches, and address local learning needs
- Focus on sales & service, product, and brand knowledge, and strive to create consistent customer experience across the stores
- Support career development and onboarding of retail employees, and cultivate an active learning culture in the organization
- Lead a small team, manage the learning budget and LMS, ensure communications and feedback, analyze and improve effectiveness of programs
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 8 years training and development experience from premium retail
- Excellent facilitation and learning design skills for a diversified audience group
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management ability
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Willing to travel in the Asia region

Job Duties
- In charge of Payroll, Benefits, Pension operations and taxation for the Hong Kong Office by working closely with overseas vendors and internal finance department
