Job Duties

  • Support the HRM in setting up and driving learning and development programs for the organization
  • Collaborate with both business leaders and external consultants to identify training needs and provide meaningful learning solutions
  • Write up proposals, policies, and communication materials to initiate and implement smoothly different training and internship programs in the organization
  • Support strategic long term talent growth in the group
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and system update

Requirements

  • Degree holder majored in Human Resources or other related disciplines
  • With about 7+years of relevant and solid experiences gained from fast paced industries.  Experience from relevant insurance/financial institutions is not required
  • People-oriented, with strong organization and analytical skills
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
