Job Duties

  • Support the HRD in facilitating HR Business Partnering conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Handle end-to-end HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition support to office staff up to Managerial level
  • Work closely with line managers on manpower planning, performance management, and staff cases
  • Work with Group Shared Service Center on supporting the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain employee relations and drive engagement plans
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and policy review
  • Have oversight on office facilities/workplace matters

Requirements

  • Degree holder with about 7+ years working experience, of which at least 2 years in an independent capacity at sizable corporations
  • Experience working in MNC retail / consumer brands an advantage
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • Solution driven, responsive, with strong sense of professionalism and integrity
