Our Client
Job Duties
- Support the HRD in facilitating HR Business Partnering conversations with senior stakeholders
- Handle end-to-end HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition support to office staff up to Managerial level
- Work closely with line managers on manpower planning, performance management, and staff cases
- Work with Group Shared Service Center on supporting the employee lifecycle
- Maintain employee relations and drive engagement plans
- Prepare periodic HR reports and policy review
- Have oversight on office facilities/workplace matters
Requirements
- Degree holder with about 7+ years working experience, of which at least 2 years in an independent capacity at sizable corporations
- Experience working in MNC retail / consumer brands an advantage
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Solution driven, responsive, with strong sense of professionalism and integrity
