Job Duties
- Manage payroll operations in selected markets by supervising internal Payroll Managers, and ensuring set deliverables from payroll vendors according to market compliance, corporate guidelines, controls, and standards
- Develop regional payroll strategy across the Asia Pacific by working closely with stakeholders from human resources, finance, legal, and business, and implement continuous improvement to drive standardization and automation
- Manage vendor relationships to enable efficient resolution of complex payroll queries

Requirements
- Degree holder with proven experience leading large-scale payroll function across several markets
- Strong service mindset and leadership competency towards internal and external parties
- Able to drive change and improvement effectively
- Fluent in English, Chinese language is highly preferred
