Job Duties

  • Manage payroll operations in selected markets by supervising internal Payroll Managers, and ensuring set deliverables from payroll vendors according to market compliance, corporate guidelines, controls, and standards
  • Develop regional payroll strategy across the Asia Pacific by working closely with stakeholders from human resources, finance, legal, and business, and implement continuous improvement to drive standardization and automation
  • Manage vendor relationships to enable efficient resolution of complex payroll queries
  • Cultivate a collaborate, growth, and risk management mindset in the team

Requirements

  • Degree holder with proven experience leading large-scale payroll function across several markets
  • Strong service mindset and leadership competency towards internal and external parties
  • Able to drive change and improvement effectively
  • Fluent in English, Chinese language is highly preferred
