Our Client
Job Duties
- Be the C&B subject-matter expert for the Hong Kong Office to support staff retention, promotion, and other HR objectives
- Handle annual budgeting, forecasting, merit review, and salary adjustment assignment
- Work with Shared Service Center on supporting the employee lifecycle including C&B operations and compliance
- Maintain employee relations and support the Human Resources Director on office employees advisory
- Conduct periodic HR reports and policies review
Requirements
- Degree holder majored in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- With at least 8 years of HR experience, of which 1-2 years at a managerial level dealt with complexity
- Strong strategic and operational expertise in C&B
- Fluent command of Spoken & Written English & Chinese
- Solution driven, responsive, with strong sense of professionalism and integrity
