Our Client

Global Investment & Wealth Management Banking group with Aa2 credit rating is in search for HRBP/Generalist to cater for the continuous expansion of business.

Job Duties

  • Report to Regional Head of HR and partner with a team of 3-4 HRBP
  • Accountable for HR BP, Talent Acquisition and Generalist function in addition to being supported by specialist from HR C&B and Training team
  • Prepare value added HR reports/HRIS to cater for regional staff & business planning & annual compensation review
  • Timely management of employees’ enquiries and HR advisory support
  • Facilitate the implementation & communication of global/regional initiatives

Requirements

  • Graduate with Bachelor Degree in Finance, Human Resources or other related disciplines
  • 7 years of HR BP/Generalist experience including 3 years earned from Int’l Financial Institutions
  • Proven regional experience is highly essential
  • People oriented with strong communication & organizational skills
  • Excellent proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin
