  • Handle Human Resources administrative tasks including candidate pipeline research, interview arrangements, information research and validation, reference checking, payroll and benefits data consolidation and record keeping, arranging onboarding processes, and resolving people enquiries
  • Application of ATS and communication tools

  • Minimum of one year of experience providing administrative support to an HR department. Those with more experience are also encouraged to apply

  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office and/or Google Suite
